Breathe deep and settle into your Deep Self, the part of you that holds your unique spark of Creation, and your place and purpose in the great weaving of life.
This is your home within. Here you find your deepest beauty and gifts, and your innate, indisputable worthiness and authenticity. Like wild things, you were put on this Earth to live and flourish from your Deep Self outward. And in the most secret places inside of you, your soul longs for your outer life to be a seamless expression of this inner wellspring of beauty and potential.
Our home on this Earth and our home within our Deep Self are entwined reflections of our authentic humanity. We are magnificent beings woven of light and matter, an immortal soul encased in the mortal coil of flesh and bones. Like all living things of our Earth home, our life is governed by the turnings of the Cosmos and the laws of physical existence. The dance of these elemental forces reveals itself in the cycle of Nature, and of our life story, through the seasons of light and dark, life and death, and joy and sorrow. And just like our wild kin, our life story is sourced from the inner spark of Creation of our Deep Self.

In tales of the Goddess Brigid, She is a healer whose gifts of inspiration and wisdom can mend and evolve souls.
These stories are not fantasies, but encoded teachings that reveal our relationship to powerful, benevolent beings and energies that infuse and inform our waking-world reality. They tell us that these Mysteries can guide, inspire and fuel our spiritual evolution and journey toward wholeness. When we say yes to the Mysteries, what we need, within and without, will show up in the right form and measure, in accordance with our soul-sourced needs. We are not alone, and never were.
In the language of the Path of She: when you say yes to the Mysteries, change will come. And this change will be what you need, not what you expect, and will likely include both the work of your beauty and your wounding. This change can reveal itself in many ways: through the symbol-rich content of your nighttime dreams, in synchronistic events in your waking life, by presenting you with wonderful opportunities and by landing you flat on your butt. No matter the form or content, whatever shows up is your pathwork of soul.

Our journey of soul is like breath.
On the in-breath, we enter deep inside of ourselves, to the well-spring of our soul and the mysteries of the sacred dark, seeking guidance and inspiration for our pathwork of healing and transformation, and the seeds of our beauty and wounding that are ready to return to the light of our waking-world consciousness.
On our out-breath, we turn our focus outward, embracing the enervating powers of light and life and letting the seeds of our pathwork express and reveal themselves in the machinations of our everyday existence. Life is our teacher, bringing us the insights, energies and experiences we need to heal, grow and blossom in the sunlit world.
On our return in-breath, we gather up and take back inside everything that we have learned and experienced. We harvest our healing work and life story, and ingest their transformative lessons, letting them nourish and change us. And in this process, we become a newer, more profound and brighter version of our Deep Self.

Delicious describes those exquisite moments when we are totally present and sensually engaged in our connection with our outer environment. It is our body’s yum response to the smell of lilacs, a bite of bread fresh from the oven, the strong press of fingers on a stiff muscle, and the heated glance of a lover just before our bodies touch. It is the sparkle of our spirit when we laugh until our belly aches, lose ourselves in our favorite creative activity, gaze up into the fathomless mysteries of a starlit sky, and witness the proud accomplishments of a special child in our life. In these moments, our inside is at one with our outside, and we know that life is good.
The power of delicious should not be underrated. Life is constantly inviting you to a full-body, full-senses engagement of the world around you. When you embrace the delicious factor in your life, you are also saying yes to your wired-for-life potency that loosens and unblocks your inner stuck places, and activates your innate instincts for positive growth and creative change.
Make it a part of your pathwork to consciously step beyond your old stories and patterns of wounding and the repressive, domesticating ways of our culture, and to step into your natural, delicious impulses for pleasure, sensuality, creativity and positive engagement of your outer environment. Get a bit wild, try on novel, life-affirming options, and look for the silver-linings of personal healing and growth when life challenges you. Trust that when life feels good, life is good, and when life feels bad, you can source its goodness to guide and empower your journey of soul. The new that transforms you can also be the balm that heals you and our collective humanity.
